Bhangra

Dancing
My love
My passion

Bhangra, an upbeat dance
Danced in the fields of Punjab

During the harvesting season
For the celebrations of the growing of the crops

Became admired thoughout the world
Especially in US and UK

My family friends and I created a group
We dance all the time

The moves are gracious like the movement of wheat fields
It gets you into doing it

We love it
We live for it
It is in our blood

We have these outfits
Which are very colorful and dazzling

Red, blue, orange, green, black
A velvet vest wih a silk shirt and a Dhoti (a cloth covereing the legs)

Dancing
My love
My passion
